Every year at the BOMA International Conference & Expo, Allied Universal, a BOMA Cornerstone partner, welcomes attendees from the commercial real estate sector. We exhibit and host a reception to let clients know how much our company appreciates their business. It’s slated for this weekend, June 24-27 at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tenn.
But this year, the company is doing something extra. In a next chapter of our own, we are collaborating with our partner Knightscope Inc. to showcase Autonomous Data Machines (ADMs), the latest in advanced physical security to help protect customers and assets. The K5 security robot will roam the aisles amid exhibits during and after show time to provide security alongside Allied Universal’s uniformed security professionals. Meanwhile, a K3 unit will be on display in Allied Universal’s booth #802.
Show attendees will get a sneak peek at the technology up close at educational session—High Performance Buildings: How to Manage Today with Fewer Resources, an Integrated Security/Technology Showcase on the show floor, Exhibit Hall BC, Room 1 – Mon., June 26 at 11:00 a.m.
ADMs, along with Allied Universal’s other technology offerings, will create a paradigm shift in the way our customers do business. Some of the ADMs’ features and capabilities include:
-
360-degree video that provides complete awareness and feeds to a security operations center
-
Thermal imaging for identifying fires and gauging proper environmental temperature settings
-
License plate recognition, which is an example of a computational task that may include data collection in a large parking facility
-
Intercom and broadcast capability that can be programmed to relay messages or alert security personnel to immediately dispatch law enforcement
And there’s more. Among others, our Vice President of Training and Development Brent O’Bryan will present two back-to-back power sessions titled If You Build it Right, They Will Come: Training Your Property Staff, Sun., June 25 at 10:45 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. in Room 202B.
We look forward to meeting and greeting everyone who attends. Whether or not the Nashville gig is on your agenda, you can still embark upon your next chapter with us. Learn more about how Allied Universal serves the commercial real estate industry at this link.
