United States Army

Chuck Brock knew from an early age that he wanted to serve in the military. While his father served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, Chuck chose the U.S. Army for his path of service.

During his 18-year career, Chuck attained the rank of Sgt. 1st Class, serving mostly as a Military Police Officer in several U.S. and overseas locations, including Texas, Korea, Panama, North Carolina, Belgium and Washington State.

The most satisfying experience of his Army career, however, was the time he served as a Drill Sergeant, which is one of the highest honors for a non-commissioned officer (NCO) in the U.S. Army. Only the most qualified NCOs are chosen to attend the Drill Sergeant Academy, where they learn to shape civilians into the best soldiers in the world.

The training and leadership experience Chuck gained during his military career prepared him well when he decided to retire and re-enter the civilian world. “My time in the military was a perfect segue into my civilian work life,” he said. “The flexibility that the military instills in you is a perfect fit for the security industry.”

After retiring from the Army in 1998, Chuck found that perfect fit when he joined G4S as a Project Manager, working his way up the ranks to General Manager and finally Executive Vice President with responsibility for global enterprise and strategic accounts. As part of the acquisition of G4S, Chuck joined Allied Universal in June 2021 as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Accounts.

When asked what his favorite part of working for Allied Universal is, Chuck stated, “There is never a repeat of the day before. Every day is a new challenge with a new opportunity.”

As for his career aspirations, he has his sights set on becoming a President of an Allied Universal Division or Region.
