As part of the annual Project THERE Souls to Soles program, employee volunteers from Chicago-area branches distributed coats, clothing, shoes and meals to people who are experiencing homelessness in Chicago.
This year’s event distributed 200 meals, 235 coats, 200 pairs of pants, 250 pairs of socks, and 35 pairs of shoes to approximately 235 people in need. Through the kindness and generosity of organizations within the community, they were also able to distribute hundreds of meals donated and/or discounted by McDonald’s.
