SANTA ANA, Calif./PHOENIX -- July 12, 2019-- Allied Universal®, a leading security and facility services company in North America, has acquired Shetler Security Services, a Phoenix, Ariz.--based company offering security solutions on a national level. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With revenues in excess of $22 million and more than 525 employees, the company provides security services in Arizona, California, Minnesota, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico and Montana. Shetler Security President/Owner, Mike Shetler, will be joining Allied Universal as a consultant.
