I would like to thank all the officers that work at the Chubb Insurance sites throughout the country. You're continued efforts throughout 2020 and especially during the Pandemic have not gone unnoticed by myself or the client.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to our Flex Officers who go above and beyond to help out at the many different sites when they are needed. They are greatly appreciated and are very hard workers. And the Countless officers who show up every day ready to put their best foot forward and do their job to the best of their ability. Ya'll are the best.

I just want to say how much I appreciate my security team here at Grand Central mall in Vienna WV.! Not only did they pull through for Covid19 and Protest but being extremely short staff while doing so. They have went above and beyond and continued to do so! I couldn't ask for a better support staff then what I have now!!

I am beyond grateful for having such an amazing group of security professionals and is a privilege to be their site supervisor, my account manager Reggie H. And his assistant all have been so supportive as I cope with my younger brother having a horrible accident in his FedEx box truck. He remains in and out of critical condition in a trauma icu and everyday and everytime I speak with my sp's or account manager he asks how my brother is, they mentioned at the end of a conference call their thoughts and prayers are with him which really touched my heart. God be willing I will be able to continue to be the site supervisor and work with such amazing people. AUS Hershey Hazleton and Hershey main are an outstanding group of people, god bless and I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart truly am blessed with these amazing people

I wanted to take this chance to shout out my security team at Schaumburg’s first dispo. You guys make sure everyone on staff feels comfortable and secure enough to do their job and I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate all your help and attention to detail. Jim and Tim- we go way back to EP but your help with my transition into Schaumburg will be cherished for my entire career. Please stay awesome forever. You always have our backs and we will always have yours.

COVID-19 and social unrest has challenged security professionals in ways never imagined. We appreciate the ambassadorial attitudes, and vigilance demonstrated by every member of the Denver Place security team. You have provided a level of service excellence to our mutual customers, building management team members, contractors and visitors that is commendable, compassionate, and empathetic while maintaining personal safety standards in accordance with COVID-19 and AUS training protocols. As such, our customers feel safe and are extremely happy about their re-entry. Thank you for your welcoming spirit, your attention to detail and service. We are extremely happy that you’ve made AUS our “security provider of choice at Denver Place!”

Back in January 2020, as I was about to board ship for a cruise, I took time to observe the men and women from Allied Universal Security Services in action. I would like to thank all those men and women for providing outstanding services. Carnival Cruise and whatever other Cruise lines should be grateful for your services. You all are outstanding and greatly appreciated. All of you separate have shown what Security Officers can do compare to what a security guard does. Stand up and be proud. We salute you.

I wanted to give thanks to my contact, Eric Fuehrer. As a vendor manager I have rarely encountered the kind of commitment and professionalism that Eric brings to our account. I remember my "ah-ha" moment while transitioning Allied into our buildings. He had all of his deliverables ready, an answer to all of my questions, and a path forward to complete outstanding implementation items for "go-live." He is both impressive and humble. I am incredibly lucky to have Eric and his team servicing our buildings. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been with U.S Associates for 8yrs and it's been 1yr since being with the Oklahoma branch. Since the merger they really make me feel like part of the family. I love the company. Micah Willis who works at Town East Mall, is the most helpful Officer I've ever met. Micah was very courteous, and helpful. I forgot where I parked, and was confused. The officer drove by, and noticed me wondering around, he stopped, and asked if I needed anything. I told him I was looking for my car for over 15 mins. Micah said he'd help me find my car, and he found it within 5 mins. I was do grateful as it was very hot. I just wanted to let you know Micah is the nicest officer I've met.
