Security Professionals Matthew and Jeff responded to an urgent call for help from their coworker in the parking lot of a client site in New York amid a lake-effect snowstorm that buried western New York in more than 80 inches of snow in four days. Security Professionals Matthew and Jeff rushed to the scene when emergency response services had come to a halt due to the storm. They found the car engulfed in flames with their coworker lying in the snow next to the vehicle, they were able to pull him to safety away from the fire and the storm.

Credited to his exceptional commitment to establishing a secure environment, Security Professional Mark was honored as Employee of the Year at the school he protects in Florida. The school marked his recognition by displaying his name on a sign in front of campus and he was recognized with the Phenomenal Employee Award by Allied Universal. Demonstrating reliability, care and safety daily, he serves as a "Guardian" at the school, which caters to students with autism spectrum disorders or related disabilities from kindergarten to high school. His unwavering presence and genuine concern for the students highlights his immense heart and commitment.
